SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping & delivery

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. Orders are shipped via international post from Taiwan and delivered by your local postal service.

 

Shipments are trackable and require a signature upon delivery (except for US Standard Shipping). Unsuccessful deliveries will be held at your local post office. Please follow the instructions on the notice to collect your package promptly to prevent it from being returned.

Please note that your order may incur duties, taxes, or other customs-related fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on customs charges, please consult your local customs office.

3. Modify your order

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.

 

4. Report an issue

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 

5. Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
