REFUND POLICY

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt by contacting us with your order number and the details of the products you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the full order amount, minus the original shipping costs, to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, unauthorized returns or packages refused at delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from retailers other than www.skinbodypunch.com. Please contact the customer service of the retailer where you made your purchase.
